A passionate systems navigator and employment advocate for individuals living and working with disabilities. Cornell Certified Benefits Planner, Behavioral Health Vocational Specialist, and Counselor working with individuals and government agencies since 1998.  Experienced at utilizing the IPS employment model to help her clients obtain and maintain employment.  Alanna holds a BA from Washington State University, a Certification in Human Resources Management from Portland State University, and recently completed training to be included as part of the Benefits Planning Network for Washington State in addition to being a Cornell Certified Benefits Planner for over six years.
