Susan Greene, a Certified Benefits Planner since 2016, provides personalized guidance on Social Security and medical benefits tailored to each individual’s employment situation and financial aspirations. She aims to provide clear and accurate information to help individuals better understand their benefits or resolve concerns related to them. She prides herself on establishing trust with her clients and their support teams, drawing from extensive experience with a warm, personal touch.


Susan has worked in disability services since 2002, specializing in career and transition planning, employment support, and advocacy. Her roles have included supervising career and transition programs, managing an Employment Network for the Social Security Ticket to Work Program, and overseeing a program focused on the Protection and Advocacy for Beneficiaries of Social Security (PABSS).

Susan received her Ph.D. and M.Ed. in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from The University of Texas at Austin. She also held previous certifications as a Workforce Development Specialist from NAWPD and as a certified Job and Career Transition Coach through the Career Development Network.
